Terms of Service

BuddingWonders is a private, moderated circle for Indian parents, from pre-pregnancy through a child's third birthday. Membership gives you access to a stage-specific WhatsApp circle, personal guidance timed to your stage, a weekly live session with our experts, a library of parenting guidance, and our growing network of experts. It is a personal guidance and information resource — not a medical service, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

BuddingWonders is a recurring monthly subscription, billed monthly in the local pricing shown to you at checkout based on the country you select on the Join form. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (and, for some regions, Stripe). By completing payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month — you won't be charged again after that. Our refund policy is set out separately at buddingwonders.com/refund-policy.

We provide:

We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency support of any kind. Nothing shared within BuddingWonders — by our team, our experts, or other members — constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health or your child's health.

By joining, you agree to:

• •Treat other members with respect and kindness at all times
• •Not share, screenshot, or reproduce content from within the circle without permission
• •Not use the circle to promote products, services, or external groups without our prior written consent
• •Not share misinformation, particularly on medical or health topics
• •Notify us if you witness behaviour that violates these terms

We reserve the right to remove any member from the circle at any time, without prior notice, if their behaviour violates these terms or disrupts the circle. In the event of removal for a violation, no refund for the current billing month will be issued, and future billing will be stopped.

All content produced and shared by BuddingWonders — including articles, guides, tip cards, and WhatsApp messages — remains the intellectual property of GenX Ventures. You may share it with attribution, but may not reproduce it commercially or claim it as your own.

We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, location, and stage information when you join. This information is used solely to personalise your experience and add you to the correct circle. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy at buddingwonders.com/privacy (coming soon).

BuddingWonders and GenX Ventures are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on information shared within the circle, including information shared by experts. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active members via WhatsApp or email before the changes take effect. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
